Cut the bell pepper into strips. Bunch the strips and chop perpendiculair to create small dice.
Add the white beans and diced bell pepper into a food processor. Mix for about 1-2 minutes on medium-high speed.
Scrape the sides down using a spatula and add the onion powder, ginger, cayenne pepper and vegan mayonaise. Mix on high speed until smooth. Adding a extra teaspoon of mayonaise if that spread/dip stays chuncky.
Serve with chips, tortilla's or use as a spread on sandwiches, toast and rice cakes. Enjoy!
