  • 180 ml water
  • 100 ml tomato cubes
  • 80 gr green peas (frozen)
  • 50 gr split red lentils
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp garlic
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a medium-sized pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until the lentils are tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  3. Remove from the stove and serve with veggies and grains of choice.
  4. Enjoy!
