Crispy Oven Baked Sweet Potato Chips
Preheat the oven to 200˚C/390˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Clean the sweet potato by rising/washing in some cold water. Pat dry using a kitchen towel. (If you prefer to remove the skin, you could, but it's only extra waste + the skin contains most of the nutrients)
Slice the sweet potato in thin slices, using a kitchen knife or a mandolin if you happen to have one. Try to cut them as even as possible, so that they'll have the same baking time.
Arrange the slices on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, turning the chips halfway through.
Remove from the oven when the chips are starting to curl and get a bit brown around the edges.
Eat straightaway, or let it cool for about 10-20 minutes so the chips can get extra crispy.
