  • 50 gr basmati rice uncooked
  • 200 gr green beans
  • 200 gr carrots chopped
  • 120 gr Chickpeas
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp kecap manis
  • 50 ml coconut milk

  • 50 gr basmati rice uncooked
  • 200 gr green beans

  • 50 ml coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Cook the green beans and chopped carrots in a pot on medium high heat for 8-10 minutes. When cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile in a separate pot, cook the basmati rice according to the instructions on the package. Adding the coconut milk and kecap manis when most of the water has been dissolved. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the veggies to the rice mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve or store once cooled in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  5. Enjoy!
