  • 250 gr brussel sprouts
  • 150 gr carrots
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Carrots
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C/400˚F.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Prepare the brussel sprouts; chop of the trim, remove blemished or yellowed leaves, and cut in half lengthwise.
  4. Prepare the carrots; rinse, chop of the top and the blunt end, peel -- if necessary, and slice into small rounds.
  5. Place the brussel sprouts and the carrots on the baking tray. Sprinkle the spices on top and toss till well combined.
  6. Place in the preheated oven and roast for 30-40 minutes, until the brussel sprouts are lightly charred and tender on the inside.
  7. Enjoy!
