No oil roasted chickpeas
A quick and easy recipe to use as a side.
Place chickpeas on an old towel and pat dry.
*Bonus tip* Remove the skin from the chickpeas. This will make them more crunchy. It sounds tedious, but it's really quick. Besides, it also gives you a good excuse to watch a new YouTube video.
Place the chickpeas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Put in a preheated oven on 200˚C/392˚F and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and eat immediately, or store them in an airtight container.
- You can use as much chickpeas as you wanted. Canned, or dried and cooked at home.
- This is a basic recipe, meaning you still have to add spices if you want to give the roasted chickpeas a bit of extra flavour.
