  • 1/4 cup (50 gr) red lentils (uncooked)
  • 120 gr carrot chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
  • 125 gr tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • a dash of black pepper

Easy Vegan Lentil Bolognese
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized pot.
  2. Bring to a boil on low heat. Cook for 10-15. (optional: if the sauce is too liquidy for your liking; add 1 tsp maïzena combined with 1 tbsp water. Stir).
  3. Remove from the stove and serve with pasta of choice.
  4. Enjoy!
