Crunchy peanut butter granola

Hi friends,

The only food I would swap my morning oats for at the moment is this crunchy peanut butter granola recipe. It’s super easy and quick to make and also really healthy and filling. I love to serve this with some vanilla soy yoghurt and a banana.

  • 1 cup (120g) oats
  • 1/8 cup (30ml) peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup (30ml) agave syrup

  • 1/8 cup (30ml) agave syrup
Crunchy peanut butter granola
Instructions
  1. Add the oats, peanut butter, and agave syrup to a bowl.
  2. Mix untill all are well coated.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the mixture on it.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes on 200˚C/392˚F.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool down completely.
  6. Store in an airtight container or eat ;).
